Responsible gaming
Play for fun
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or fix money problems. Set your limits before you start and keep control of your time and money.
Only for people aged 18 or older.
We may ask for identity verification at any time to confirm your age, and accounts of minors are closed. If you share your device with minors, do not save your password.
Good habits
- Play only with money you can afford to lose.
- Decide in advance how much time and money you will spend.
- Never chase losses by raising your bets.
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or when you are sad, anxious or stressed.
- Take regular breaks and keep other hobbies.
- Never borrow money to play.
Warning signs
Look for help if you notice that you:
- play longer or spend more than you planned;
- hide from family and friends how much you play;
- neglect work, studies, family or other duties because of gambling;
- feel irritated or anxious when you try to cut down or stop;
- play to fix money problems or win back losses.
Tools in your account
In Profile › Responsible gaming you will find these tools (as available on this site):
- Deposit limits: set how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Lowering applies right away; raising or removing waits a period, so the decision is not made on impulse.
- Break: block your account for a few days. You cannot deposit or play, and it cannot be cancelled before it ends.
- Self-exclusion: block your account for months or indefinitely. You cannot deposit, play or open another account.
