Withdrawals

1. Tap your balance and choose “Withdraw”.
2. Choose the coin and the network, and paste your address (check the network: it must match the wallet that receives it).
3. Enter the amount in USD. We show the network fee and how much you receive before you confirm.
4. Confirm. Your history shows the withdrawal and, once sent, its TXID.

Only real balance can be withdrawn. Bonus balance becomes real once its rollover is met.

We may ask for verification depending on the amount or the account activity.

It is done online with a photo ID and takes a few minutes. Your documents go to our verification provider, not to the chat or to anyone by message.

The amount leaves your balance when you request it. Some withdrawals are sent automatically and others go through a review by our team before being sent. We do not promise a delivery time.

If a withdrawal is rejected or cannot be sent, the amount returns to your balance.

Withdrawing with a bonus still in rollover cancels the pending bonus; we warn you and ask you to confirm first.

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the address and the network before confirming.

Have the TXID or the withdrawal ID from your history at hand.
