Fair play

Who generates game results, what RTP means and how to check the games that bring their own verifier.

Who generates the result

Every casino game comes from an external provider. The result of each round is generated by the provider on its own servers, with a random number generator (RNG).

The site receives that result and credits what the game says. We do not choose or change the result of a round.

What RTP means

RTP (return to player) is the share of wagers a game pays back in prizes over millions of rounds. A 96% RTP does not mean you get back 96 of every 100 in one session: it is a long-term average.

It is set by each game’s provider (some offer versions with different RTP). The current value shows in the game’s own info.

The “Provably fair (provider)” badge

Some games include a verifier inside the game itself: before the round an encrypted seed is fixed, and afterwards you can check that the result came from it and did not change after your bet.

Those games carry the “Provably fair (provider)” badge: every Spribe game and the crash and instant games from BGaming. The verifier belongs to the provider and lives inside the game (“Provably fair” button). Other games do not carry this badge.

Providers and labs

Providers certify their RNG with independent testing labs. Below are the providers with games on the site and, when we have the certificate, the lab that issued it.

We add each provider’s lab as we receive the certificate.

What we do

We pay what the game says, to the right balance (real or bonus), and show every bet and win in your history.

If you think a round was not paid correctly, contact support with the time and the game: we check the provider’s record.
